We are delighted to offer our exceptional sound and lighting services for various events, including raves, festivals, corporate events, and other special occasions. By engaging our services and accepting a quote from Symmetry Sound and Lights Inc., you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. We encourage you to read them carefully, as they govern the relationship between our company and you, our valued client. By accepting a quote, you confirm your commitment to adhere to and comply with these terms and conditions.
Responsibility for Equipment Damage
As a provider of audio and lighting services, we supply high-quality equipment to ensure the success of your event. However, it is essential to emphasize that the use of this equipment comes with a certain level of responsibility.
The client agrees to take all necessary precautions to prevent any damage to the equipment provided by Symmetry during the service. In particular, the client is responsible for ensuring the venue is secure and that appropriate measures are taken to avoid incidents that could cause material damage.
In the event of damages—such as a drink spilling on our equipment, including speakers—the client accepts full financial responsibility for repairing or replacing the damaged items. The total cost of repairs or replacement will be determined by Symmetry and must be reimbursed by the client as soon as possible.
This clause aims to protect our equipment and ensure the continuity of our services. By accepting these terms, the client acknowledges their responsibility for preserving the equipment provided by Symmetry throughout the duration of the service.
Cancellation Clause
If, for reasons beyond Symmetry’s control, the event must be canceled, we reserve the right to retain the 30% deposit. Circumstances considered force majeure include, but are not limited to, events such as natural disasters, strikes, unexpected equipment failures, or any other exceptional situation beyond Symmetry’s control.
We are committed to making all reasonable efforts to minimize the inconvenience caused by such cancellations and to collaborate with the client to find alternative solutions whenever possible.
This clause is subject to our general cancellation policy and does not prejudice the rights and obligations of either party in the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
Late Payment Fees and Debt Collection
In the event of non-payment of the invoice according to the agreed terms, the following provisions will apply:
- Late Payment Fees
If the client fails to meet the specified payment deadlines, a late fee of 2% per day will be applied to the outstanding amount. These fees will continue to accrue until the invoice is fully paid. - Collection By a Debt Recovery Agency
If the invoice remains unpaid beyond a specified period after the due date, Symmetry reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency to collect the unpaid amounts. The costs associated with this process will be added to the client’s initial debt.
The client will be notified in writing of any late payment fees and the debt recovery measures being considered before these actions are implemented. Symmetry also reserves the right to suspend any ongoing services until outstanding payments are resolved.
By accepting these terms, the client acknowledges the importance of adhering to payment deadlines and understands the financial consequences of failing to pay the invoice as agreed.
Payment Terms for Service Booking
The client acknowledges and agrees to the following payment terms for booking the service:
- Reservation Deposit (30%)
To confirm and secure the date of the service, the client agrees to make a non-refundable initial payment of 30% of the total invoice amount. This payment must be received within a specified period after the reservation is confirmed. - Balance (70%)
The remaining balance, equivalent to 70% of the total invoice, must be paid on the day of the event before the service begins. Any delay in payment may result in additional fees or a modification of the agreed terms, at Symmetry’s discretion.
These payment conditions are essential to ensure the availability of Symmetry’s services on the agreed date. Failure to make the required payments may result in the cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
Payment Conditions:
Payments, whether partial or full, must be made in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the time of booking or order.
Any invoice not paid by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of the booking or order.
Confidentiality of Payment Information:
All payment information provided will be handled securely and confidentially.

Price Reductions
These discounts are designed to reward your commitment to Symmetry. Please note that Symmetry reserves the right to modify or discontinue these discounts at any time under its terms and conditions. By choosing Symmetry, you agree to these conditions as an integral part of your business relationship with us. These discounts can be combined for a total of up to 15% off.
- Loyalty Discount (5%)
This 5% discount is offered as a token of appreciation for your continued loyalty to Symmetry. It is applicable once per invoice. To qualify for this discount, simply choose Symmetry for all your events. The discount will automatically be applied starting with your second contract, after the completion of the first. - Recurring Booking Discount (5%)
Enjoy a 5% discount when booking multiple dates with Symmetry in advance. This discount is applicable once per invoice. To qualify, book multiple consecutive contracts with a minimum interval of two months between each event. The discount will automatically be applied starting with your second contract, after the completion of the first. - New Client Referral Discount (5%)
Earn an exceptional 5% discount by referring new clients to us. This discount is applicable once per invoice and can be accumulated across multiple invoices if you refer several new clients. To qualify, share Symmetry’s success by recommending our services to others.

Photo Usage Rights
Symmetry Sound and Lights reserves the right to use photographs taken during events for promotional purposes. By accepting our quote and engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees that Symmetry Sound and Lights may use the resulting images, including, but not limited to, photos shared on Facebook, Instagram, and other promotional materials.
This authorization includes, but is not limited to, the use of images for promoting our services, publishing on our website, social media, creating marketing materials, and any other use related to the promotion of Symmetry Sound and Lights.
Symmetry Sound and Lights is committed to respecting the confidentiality of events and will not use photos in a way that could compromise the privacy or safety of our clients.
The client retains the right to request, in writing, that Symmetry Sound and Lights not use specific photos for promotional purposes, and the company agrees to honor such requests whenever possible.
By engaging our services, the client confirms having read, understood, and accepted this photo usage policy.
